So make this Time to help yourself and others by letting
keep away from this Anxiety due to Loneliness. Ask them to know How People are,
How they Spending their time & their Family. Also, keep them Know how you
are!
π Give Your contribution
for Society
Helping others is the best therapy to keep you happy and
positive in this drastic situation of Lockdown. Random act of kindness gives
you a purpose and that increase the level of Happiness. Giving others is not a
sense of materialistic contribution it can be many things which uplift others.
Eventually, helping others is a best way of living.but you have to do it effortlessly. And the benefits will be obvious to anyone around you. Which makes you growing internally.
π Make Personal Goals
Try to Plan & Prioritizes the things which you'll need
to do after lockdown. Prepare yourself at current accordingly. During Planning
you'll find the areas where you have to work mostly.
The goals we have set for ourselves relate to mastering New
Skills or getting in the best shape of our Lives or anything else related to
Personal or Professional Growth and Excellence. Engage yourself in such
Activity which added some values in your life. Which you are waiting for so
long.

Negativity
Remove yourself from the Everyday Negative headlines all
around us as much as you can. Even though from the groups, communities,
individuals who Spreading the Toxicity Everywhere from their activities and
Information.
See, at this time, It is not possible to figure out what the
future looks like! Try not to obsess over things. Try to find Positivity or
focus on mind on more positive things.

Coronavirus. In the Time of Darkness, One of the Highest Peak in Switzerland,
The Matterhorn Mountain, Light up with an Image of the Indian Flag, as a Beam
of Light & Ray of Hope to India as the country Struggles with the
coronavirus Pandemic along with all over the world.

ReplyDeleteThe best thing that Ayushi has mentioned in the blog is - contribution to the society . In this scenario due to poverty & hunger poor people are starving & its very painful. So one should make food packages and give it to the ngo who are distributing it among the needy .
