Displacement of laborers in the Corona period: Voluntary or charged!

Generally, any citizen of India is free to work and live in any land of the country voluntarily considering his / her interests, especially alone or with family. This scene of mass displacement was equivalent to the migration from the border areas in the partition of 1949.
