Generally, any citizen of India is free to work and live in any land of the country voluntarily considering his / her interests, especially alone or with family. As a result of industrialization, such transfers in urbanization are a normal process in which such mass displacement is taken as a natural thing due to any geographical, political, social, and most economic reasons.

In the form of a global crisis, intending to limit the transition of the corona epidemic in India, the announcement of the Lockdown by the central government and stagnation in all the activities for the first 21 days was a normal deadlock for the low paid workers. Which they consider being very low for them because there will be such opportunities for health reasons or even not getting work. For which the Prime Minister feels regret for the inconvenience caused to the citizens, had described this epidemic as a weapon to stop it, and for this purpose, the entire country had participated in such stagnation by taking part in the first 22 March. The plate and clap were also played to "self-quarantine" to keep their citizen motivated and united in this crucial situation.

Delhi's AAP government was knocked out and on the next day after the declaration of 21 days of lockdown on the 27th April 2020, it started propagating and misbehaving with the public. the facility of Electricity and water had been cut. Thereafter showed them the dreams of some imagined buses engaged in Uttar Pradesh and were transported overnight by DTC buses to Delhi Uttar Pradesh border Anand Vihar.Trains, roadways, airways were declared closed all over the country. Only 25% of the DTC buses which was reserved to be run during the detention of the whole country saying that they will be run in the service of Corona fighters. It was used for ruthless expulsion of laborers. By the end of the second day, this number had reached millions.

This scene of mass displacement was equivalent to the migration from the border areas in the partition of 1949.

After this, it was the turn of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Punjab. In Maharashtra, the havoc of Corona was extreme in India. Especially in Mumbai, the situation had become even more terrible, and in Mumbai, the Same Delhi model has been used to create chaos among the public.

These autistic, meditative seekers of creativity, with their smallest happiness and family status, are left helpless with their hard-working self-respect. This exploited migrant is in great shape unfamiliar with his collective power. Therefore, governments will have to keep them at the center of their plans. By saving from the insensitive system, devious politics, these karmic warriors will have to be saved and taken under government protection.Extending workers with the help of any workers or contractors, is not to keep them destitute, but to punish them.

    Quite debatable....what went wrong.
Surely there were policy lapses....in which their plight was totally ignored.
